Tuesday's Congressional Speech

Well Tuesday night we listened to a stream of blatant lies that most of us just soaked in, not having a clue as to their meaning. Most people don’t realize what’s going on because they’re so still enamored that they’re part of electing an “historical” president. It shouldn’t take long before we start opening our eyes and look past all the glamore to see what our president is doing to our country and to generations to come.

Lie #1: Our economy will collapse if we don’t act immediately. Really? So had Congress not passed the $775 something billion dollars, would America still be alive today? The magic 8 ball points to yes. If Obama can manipulate enough people to believe that extreme, immediate action needs to be taken, he can basically implement any policy he wants. Once he gets this ball rolling, there’s no stop to it. And we’ve allowed him to push the boulder down the mountain and eventually it’s going to smash the small town at the bottom and destroy it. Blood and carnage everywhere. J

Lie #2: Everyone will have to sacrifice priorities where there is no money. Even me. Then why is the government creating debt with no end in sight in order to pay for things that WE DON’T NEED? The biggest sub-lie here is the “down payment” of $650+ billion for universal healthcare. First off, it’s apparently just money that we’re going to save up for when we start universal healthcare. So they’re not even doing anything with it. Just taking it from us. Well, not most of us. They’re taking it from the rich. Yes, if you’ve succeeded in life and made a comfortable living for yourself, be prepared to be taxed up the wazoo to pay for undeserving people to have free healthcare. That’s the American dream at its best. Spread the wealth. So what’s going to happen? People are going to have less money, they’re going to have less spendable income to pump into the economy, the markets will continue to dive bomb, businesses will continue to close, but the 20 illegal immigrants living in the garage next door will have free hospital trips. So everything works out.

Lie #3: I'm proud that we passed a recovery plan free of earmarks. When I read this, I could imagine him saying this while flipping me off and spitting in my face and then giving me a good crouch kicking. Free of earmarks, are you kidding me?! How does he define earmarks? How would he categorize the billions of dollars set aside for batteries, green technology (my biggest beef), new uniforms for agencies, tatoo removal studies, and all that money that will end up in the hands of special interest groups such as ACORN? Those aren’t earmarks? So if I shoot somebody in the nose, does that mean I didn’t actually shoot him in the face? And let’s not forget all the billions of dollars allocated to the banks and mortgage companies and the idiots out there who bought a house they knew they couldn’t afford. Oh, that reminds of of another sub-lie here: Obama said the people who acted irresponsibly will not receive any bailouts. Please.

I could go on and on but my fingers are tired from typing. I can’t believe a word this guy says because every statement is followed by a hypocritical, contradictory action. Something that does somewhat lift my spirits is that President Obama has the lowest approval rating for his first month of presidency than any other former president. So maybe he’s not the Messiah afterall.
